An exciting opportunity exists for an Engineering Analyst to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon Missiles & Defense in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.
The department is looking for an entry level Analyst. The position entails working with cross functional teams to generate material demand and managing the entire material procurement life cycle. The successful candidate will procure materials and services in support of our programs and will be the primary interface between internal customers and suppliers. Additionally, the analyst will be tasked with data analysis activities in support of various engineering teams within the department.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
+ + Review and assess purchase requisitions to ensure all requirements are met
Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy
Prepare and issue request for quotes (RFQ’s) to suppliers and follow up for clarifications
Properly communicate requirements to buyers/suppliers
Complete requisite procurement documentation
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
0-2 years related experience (2+ years for consideration for Sr Analyst)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:

Experience with purchase order management and documentation
Familiarity with the use of SAP procurement software tools (PRISM, APEX)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
