Raytheon Technologies Financial Analyst - Remote opportunity! in Andover, Massachusetts

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the INDOPACOM Finance Team in support of the Taiwan and Japan Patriot Program Offices in Tewksbury, MA. The candidate for this position will be exposed to a portfolio of production and sustainment programs, including several direct and indirect offset projects.

This role will also take part in proposal activity to support future business opportunities.

You will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-upon parameters.

Some of the responsibilities include: cost and schedule monitoring, monthly Earned Value reporting, developing of quarterly EACs, performing detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elements to help define and understand monthly variances to baseline and EAC positions, and processing approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and ensuring all changes are incorporated into control systems. You will work independently and on several different program issues concurrently in a fast paced environment.

The candidate will be expected to work closely with IPT Leads, PPL Finance, and across other functions.

This individual should be dedicated to continued process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all operational aspects of the organization.

This position can be a Salary Grade G07 or G08 with additional experience or education.

This position can be a remote position at the discretion of the hiring manager.

Required Skills:

2+ yrs. of relevant professional working experience

Experience with EVMS (must be EVMS certified), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and EAC Process

Professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite of Tools

Desired Skills:

Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized

In depth knowledge of EVMS process 10255

Experience using and managing the PMX tool suite

Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines and to drive cadences across multiple stakeholders

Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve

Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Forecasting/AOP experience

Required Education:

BA/BS in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field of study
