The Air Defense Systems department is looking for a Lab Test Coordinator to support the Patriot Test Facilities in Andover, MA. This role includes coordination and test planning with the lab users, stakeholders, and facility support teams, to ensure that the facilities perform to technical, cost, schedule, and quality requirements. The Lab Test Coordinator reviews the test requests, ensures proper resource allocation to set up and configure the assets correctly.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Manage weekly lab scheduling, coordinating priorities with leads and programs, as well as any changes or trade-offs in the best interest of the facility
Capture and maintain facility metrics, to present at monthly Program Reviews within the Integrated Product Team, Technical Interchange meetings, and Gate reviews.
Support the Land Warfare Air Defense Test Architect and Integration, Verification and Validation Cross Product Team Director with the development and execution of product and facility roadmaps and strategies enabling the programs to pursue and capture growth opportunities
Cultivate an inclusive culture, allowing for the various user teams to collaborate, as well as to foster individuals to identify and raise issues and feel comfortable presenting alternative viewpoints
Identify improvement opportunities to leverage continued improvements in process, schedule, quality, and cost
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree (Masters) and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience. Relevant experience includes Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification and Validation experience for Department of Defense systems
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, including earned value management responsibility
System level experience with a DoD Defense system. This role requires knowledge of hardware, software, configuration and operations of a hardware in the loop simulation facility
Experience interfacing with internal or external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex user requirements
Experience with generating and maintaining laboratory documentation and work instructions
Experience with capturing both technical and programmatic performance metrics, summarizing, and presenting results to internal and external customers
Experience with identifying and implementing improvement projects in a test facility environment
An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
Qualifications We Value:
System level experience with the Patriot System. This role requires knowledge of hardware, software, configuration and operations of the Patriot Major End Items
Certified Test Architect. The expectation is that the role will complete this certification within 1 year of hire
Experience with both the baseline and country-unique configuration items within the Patriot Major End Items, such as the Radar, Engagement Control Station, and Information Coordination Central
Experience with Patriot Test Stations/Special Test Equipment, such as the P2275 and Flight Mission Simulator
Experience with technical and cost proposal efforts
