Job Description:

Daily coordination of facilities management resources, and coordination of the data and analytics of human resource management, hiring and resource planning functions of the facilities management group.

  • Process and manage facilities staffing reports

  • Gather, compile and prepare data and analytics into a variety of formats

  • Work extensively with Microsoft Office suite (esp. Outlook, Skype, Excel, Zoom and PowerPoint); and with Raytheon collaboration tools such as Rshare, Rcareers and Success Factors – as well as others as required.

  • Manage multiple high priorities and have the ability to prioritize work

  • Take initiative and exercise judgement

  • Tasks required in relation to several locations, and may periodically require local travel

Required Skills:

  • Experience with record management, data gathering, and analytics skills

  • Ability to take information and transfer to quantifiable data

  • Conduct research, data collection, and preparation of reports against Facilities operations related functions

  • Experience coordinating facilities CMMS, Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tracking and relevant monthly reporting

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Skype, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Process IT requests and resolutions

  • General Accounting & Budgeting, Timekeeping, and payroll resolutions

  • Ability to effectively Communicate and Collaborate with multi-levels of an organization

  • Must be Organized and detail oriented able to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to hold meetings, provide site-wide communications/notifications, and strong customer service skills

  • Experience in high pressure deadline oriented environment with short turnaround times

Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelors’ degree

  • Current/Active Security clearance

  • Ability to plan and organize events and initiatives of various sizes and at various locations, as well as with external participants and customers

  • Experience with process improvement roll-out – continuous improvement methodologies

  • Knowledge of facilities trades

  • Knowledge of new hire on boarding process

  • Experience or ability to learn Raytheon Facilities technologies and/or tools, for example: Maximo, SAP, SPEED, SAR, rTime, WebTE, timekeeping, among many

  • Prioritize work within a multi-tasking environment

  • Stay on top of task deadlines and due dates

  • Adaptable to change

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma and 6 years of applicable experience in human resources, facilities management, or related field

US Citizenship:

  • This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
