Raytheon Technologies Property Administrator I in Arlington, Virginia



Raytheon Technologies is seeking a government property administrator to support our TSA contracts.

Responsible for the organization and control of transportation security equipment (TSE) and services provided under several TSA programs, each with multiple task orders/projects. Duties include submitting project TSE requirements via USG TSA database (ERI/ReMAG), tracking available TSE in the centralized TSA Logistics Center (TSALC), coordinating with TSA USG property manager and specialists on status and availability of required TSE.

Creating, tracking and submitting timely DD1149 USG property status paperwork, including serial numbers/and government property barcodes, generating metrics, and maintaining the TSA Government Furnished Property (GFP) database and issuing weekly property status reports (CDRL).

The property administrator will interface with Raytheon Program managers and technical planners as well as TSA USG property specialists regarding TSE and specific shipment status; additionally be able to review and identify GFP process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The property administrator will also coordinate pick-up, transportation and delivery of TSE, with multiple shipping companies, to local rigger wheelhouses or just-in-time delivery to airport project sites. The position will be located in Crystal City, (Arlington), VA, though remote work may be considered.


  • Proficient in desktop computer skills & Microsoft Office software

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills as well as good customer service skills with ability to interact with TSA USG property managers and specialists.

  • Excellent organizational skills and an excellent attention to details.

  • Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment and be able to prioritize competing tasks necessary to perform projects with minimum supervision.

  • Ability to obtain a Department of Homeland Security Suitability clearance


  • Knowledge of TSA property-management process and ERI database, as well as a good understanding of TSA security equipment.

  • Knowledge of Raytheon Technology Property management requirements.

  • Experience with writing, editing, and proofreading, including grammar and punctuation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


  • Bachelor's Degree plus related work experience in government property management OR an Associate's Degree plus two (2) years of related work experience
