Raytheon Technologies Administrative Specialist in Aurora, Colorado
Raytheon Intelligence and Space is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to three programs in the Satellite Transport and Control (STC) mission area within our Constellation Management & Protection (CMP) sub-product line. The selected candidate will support directors, senior managers and program teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities will Include:
Standard office operations such as maintaining calendars, answering telephones and comprising cross team coordination.
Composing reports, correspondence, and memorandums, along with reviewing finished reports and documents for appropriate markings, spelling, and grammar.
Assist in various special tasks to ensure smooth operation of the program area.
Interfacing with senior level external and internal customers, including executive support staff.
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six (6) years of applicable professional administrative experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
An active and in-scope TS/SCI U.S. security clearance.
The candidate will also need the ability to obtain a C.I. polygraph which Raytheon Technologies will sponsor.
Both the clearance and polygraph will need to be maintained in this position.
Demonstrated experience and discretion with handling confidential, sensitive and non-routine information
Excellence with Microsoft office suite, with thorough MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
Detail oriented, efficient and able to project a courteous and professional demeanor and attitude
Experience planning and organizing schedules and events
Previous support to a senior leader in a large organization and ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively
Proficient in handling multiple tasks concurrently
Ability to input data into various company systems and applications
Generate charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other materials with speed and accuracy
Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and complete expense reports
Calendar administration, meeting schedule and coordination with internal and external customers
Status action items ensuring deadlines are met
Previous working experience in the defense industry
Experience using WEBTE and other Raytheon Technologies online administrative tools
Assisting with the preparation of customer level and internal management reports and presentations
Self-starter with initiative and self-guided judgment
Success in a time sensitive environment with performance deadlines
Willingness to learn new skills and work within a changing, dynamic environment
Qualified Six Sigma Specialist Possess professional presence and phone/reception skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to prioritize work within a multitasking environment and stay on top of task deadlines and due dates
Good judgment and take initiative to complete tasks in a self-directing manner
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $43,867.20 to $87,713.60; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
