Raytheon Technologies Consulting Program Cost Schedule &Control Analyst in Aurora, Colorado

Raytheon’s Intelligence and Space Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Constellation Management and Control portfolio in Aurora, Colorado. The portfolio consists of the flagship M2C2 program, as well as numerous smaller programs, which support automated constellation management of ground systems. An active SSBI clearance is required for this role. You will be part of a Finance team that is responsible for maintaining total project cost excellence in areas of Earned Value, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and corporate reporting.

The successful candidate must have a firm understanding of financial principles and demonstrate application through hands on experience. The candidate must provide finance support to successfully satisfy programmatic and financial organization objectives. The candidate must be able to develop solutions using a high degree of creativity and innovation in a fast-paced environment, and ensure implementation of Raytheon EVMS and Financial Policies, Procedures and Program Management Best Practices.

Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited, to the following:

Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, and perform analysis. Lead the overall month-end PMB reconciliation and LRE update process.

Provide internal reports on cost and schedule performance to Program Leadership and CAMs

Provide guidance to CAMs or junior analysts on EVMS policies or procedures.

Experience in generating Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) and Contractor Performance Report (CPR) CDRLs

Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis and reporting as requested by management and others.

Support the M2C2 program in its evolution to agile, including working with internal and external customers.

Required Skills:

  • US Citizenship with current SSBI clearance

  • 8 years of Finance Related Experience

  • Strong experience in Program Controls on earned-value programs, including a solid understanding of Earned Value Management fundamentals

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with evolving contractual requirements and frequent change traffic

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and task flexibility

  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to meet multiple commitments

  • Ability to interface effectively with Program Management team and other functional organizations

  • Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Complex analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Desired Skills:

  • SAP, Micro-Frame Project Manager (MPM), and Winsight

  • Experience in generating Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR) CDRL

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data

  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc) in program development and execution

  • Understanding of contract structures with various fee plans

  • Experience in organizing, preparing and presenting briefings to customers, management and peers

  • Understanding of Raytheon EVMS policies and procedures

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field.
