This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $7,500 for a person with an TS/SCI clearance that can be verified and hired here at Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
The Raytheon SC2 System Engineering Team is looking for a Satellite Ground System Cost Account Manager (CAM) to support the CAM team. As a CAM, you will support a diverse team of engineers for this software development program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
CAM serving with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers
Management of the IPT’s cost and schedule, including Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance and Earned Value Management (EVMS) techniques
Demonstrated engineering leadership experience with a track record of results
Experience with satellite ground systems, particularly command and control functionality
Experience in change management and cost estimation
Capable of becoming Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certified within 6 months
Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of organizational and team members contributors on the program team
Thorough Systems Engineering experience
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
An active and in-scope Secret US security clearance
Systems, Test, and/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
Experience in Systems Engineer process development and deployment
Associates degree or High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $36,000 to $86,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
