Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Deputy IPT Lead-M2C2 Integration, Test and Deployment IPT to join and expand our distinguished team to be the Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the Integration, Test, and Deployment (ITD) IPT of the Mission Management/Command and Control (M2C2) program.
The Deputy IPT Lead will become the IPT Lead in early 2021.
Working with the IPT Lead, the Deputy IPT Lead is responsible for the ITD IPT cost, schedule, and technical performance baseline, and will have decision authority over all aspects of the ITD activities on the program.
This Deputy IPT Lead-M2C2 Integration, Test and Deployment IPT is responsible for making sure the overall M2C2 system comes together technically, that ITD contributes to the successful implementation of technical baselines, and the M2C2 system integration goals, enterprise test objectives and regression testing complete successfully along with any needed additional requirements verification.
The Deputy IPT Lead-M2C2 Integration, Test and Deployment IPT is expected to drive the IPT to thorough implementation to ensure systems engineering, software and hardware development and design activities, information assurance, integration, test, transition and operational needs of M2C2 are satisfied to contract compliance through the implementation of I&T activities.
There is the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $40,000 for hires with an active TS/SCI or higher clearance
•12+ years demonstrated experience guiding engineering teams with demonstrated track record
•Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for the Integration, Test, and Deployment IPT
•Responsible for ensuring the systems engineering, software and hardware development and design activities, information assurance, integration, test, transition and operational needs of M2C2 are satisfied to contract compliance through the implementation of I&T activities
•Experience with Agile and DevOps
•Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program and customer management and individual contributors on the program team
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
•Knowledge of component, program, and enterprise level integration and test
•Knowledge of Operations
•Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools and JIRA
•Existing TS/SCI clearance and US Citizenship is required
•Experience with satellite data processing and operations domain preferred
•Experience leading across geographical sites, subcontractors and associate contractor companies
•Advanced STEM degree preferred
B.S./M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, Science, or related STEM degree
