Raytheon Technologies Finance Program Cost Cntrls Sr Supervisor in Aurora, Colorado
Raytheon Technologies Environmental Intelligence & Civil Space is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr. Program Cost Schedule & Controls Analyst to lead our Aurora Marketplace II programs finance team. This position will be located near the Raytheon Technologies Campus in Aurora, CO. The finance lead will have the lead role in helping the Aurora Marketplace II programs portfolio grow from $30M to between $60M and $100M in annual revenue over the next 2 years. As a finance lead this employee will be responsible for all finance related activities for the programs including but not limited to RPLAN updates, Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), Monthly EV Reporting, and EVMS compliance. Along with being responsible for the finance activities for this program area the finance lead must be able to ensure there is effective communication between the different areas of program management and be able to communicate effectively with multiple organizational levels within Raytheon and with our customers.
Work with the Business Manager and Program Management to meet financial targets for the Aurora Marketplace II programs portfolio
Develop Executive and Customer Level briefings on a monthly basis
Be the frontline face of program finance to our customers including Space Telescope Institute, NASA, and Northrop Grumman.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Update forecasts on a monthly and as needed basis for each of the programs in the Aurora Marketplace II programs Sciences portfolio.
Complete EACs for multiple programs with different EAC schedules and requirements
Ensure compliance with EVMS policies and requirements
Ensure customer financial deliverables are accurately completed and delivered on time
Monitor funding status and contract value on various programs
Managing the overall cash management process including timely invoicing and managing customer receipts
Assist Program Management during proposals for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and new competitive programs
Manage the finance team for this portfolio, ensure all other financial responsibilities are being met, and all financial data is accurate
Responsible for driving all the financial reporting aspects of the portfolio including cross organizational functions including contracts, supply chain, program management, and engineering
Provide ad hoc reporting as requested
5+ years of Finance related work experience
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements
Ability to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP BW Analysis for Office
Ability to work under general direction and determine objectives of work assignments
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Previously demonstrated leadership abilities
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related Business Majors
