We are looking for Systems Integration and Test Engineers to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment supporting the development and execution of a satellite ground system program’s test program and test processes, including baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation. Candidates will be responsible for definition and execution of formal testing and regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline for their technical scope - driving program performance, coordination with the test manager of the test products, schedules, and resources.
The selected candidate must exhibit ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness to solve particularly complex problems involving a diverse set of engineering disciplines. The Integration & Test Engineer must have integration and test expertise and be capable of developing a strong rapport within the Raytheon program and the customer community.
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $15K for a person with a TS/SCI clearance that can be verified and hired here at Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle to e ffectively leading a small, diverse team to accomplish integration & verification objectives
Experience preparing and presenting reports and briefings to senior program leadership both orally and written.
Leadership experience with cross product teams in a complex multiple stakeholder environment
Willing to work overtime and weekends as required to achieve milestones
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the systems engineering, integration, and test lifecycle to include:
System integration and test planning and implementation for large scale systems using state-of-the-art technology
Technical Baseline Management
Management and integration of COTS/FOSS
Development of test architecture/framework
Preparation and reporting of program plans, schedules, and metrics
Specification of test verification requirements
Review and approval of integration and test procedures and plans
Use of discrepancy report systems and developing closure plans
Ability to the identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk
Experience working in an Agile development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software, Systems Engineer, Integration and Verification teams
Familiar with Linux as well as scripting languages (Python, Perl)
Experience with DevSecOps, test automation, CI/CD Pipeline constructs for development, integration, test, and deployment of large-scale SW-centric systems
Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle model
An active and in-scope TS/SCI security clearance
Systems Integration and/or Test Engineering experience on a large government ground system development contract delivering satellite command and control, mission management capabilities
Experience in Systems Integration process development and deployment
Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
Experience using JIRA or similar tools
8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, preferred); OR
6 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, preferred)

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $87,500 to $188,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
