Raytheon Technologies Principle Configuration Management / Data Management Analyst & Program Administrator in Aurora, Colorado

Job Description:

The Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CM/DM organization consists of multiple disciplines that support Systems Engineering, Software Development, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, Program Security, Program Management Office (PMO), and our Prime Contractors and Customers. Disciplines within the sphere of CM/DM participate in the life cycle of RTX products from conception to deactivation. The CDM organization is comprised of Effector CM (ECM), Data Management (DM/DEX), Software Configuration Management (SWCM), and Sensor CM (SCM). The collective activities ensures the integrity of deliverable products.

The Data Management (DM/DEX) and Software Configuration Management (SWCM) functions are seeking part-time support (20 to up to 30 hours per week) to perform the functions for a fast-paced and short-staffed Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) Special Access Program (SAP). The selected candidate:

  • Identifies and packages all data deliverables for deployments

  • Identifies and packages deliverable software for deployments

  • Identifies and packages deliverable security patches for deployments

  • Identifies and packages supporting software tools to support deployments

  • Supports Program Security for the movement of electronic information (documents) across three (3) security enclaves

  • Secures non-deliverable product work products to be configuration controlled

  • Develops and maintains electronic libraries across three (3) security enclaves

  • Manages data delivery schedule for timely delivery to Prime and Customer

  • Ensures proper portion and other markings as applicable to deliverable and stored documentation

  • Tracks with metrics the delivery of Subcontractor Data Items Requirements (SDRL)

  • Reviews deliverable documentation for data requirements for compliance

  • Edits and formats deliverable documentation as necessary

  • Provides support, training, and guidance for CM/DM requirements for each on the program

  • Ensures EPIC Compliance to CM/DM policies, procedures, and protocols

  • Conducts CM/DM audits to ensure EPIC compliance

  • Supports all Giver / Receiver exchanges with Prime, Customer, and ancillary groups

  • Provides email notifications for program, Prime, and Customer for data exchanges and deliveries

  • Responsible for all DAL releases

  • Manually enters DR and CR data into JIRA and other tools

  • Supports internal ERB, ROMB, and CCB, along with External Configuration Change Boards to ensure appropriate documentation is gathered and stored

  • Ensures integrity of process and product

  • Monitors Operational uploads

  • Receives many of the secure phone calls into the SAP environment

  • Ensures CM/DM and security protocols by escorting non-briefed personnel, to include COVID-19 related cleaning crews

  • Ensures integrity of secure HW deliveries transported to remote locations

  • Initiates Overnight Data Processing Approval within the SAP confines

  • One (1) of two (2) person team escorting secure data to other locations outside the immediate SAP area

  • Ensures configuration control for Facilities / Maintenance requests

  • Handling and protecting RIS Intellectual Property

  • Handles Security & General Community Announcements & Notifications

  • Coordinates ordering supplies with outside area Admin’s

  • Coordinates Facilities / Maintenance Requests

  • Supports onboarding of personnel

  • Works general program matters

  • Escorts almost all un-cleared personnel (cleaning, Facilities, etc.)

  • Receives Customer calls to coordinate actions with personnel

  • Provides ad hoc support to the program

    Required Skills:

  • TS/SCI or AF SCI, and AF SAP Access

  • 5+ years of comparable experience

  • Highly evolved verbal and written communication skills

  • MS 360 High level proficiency

  • Solid organization skills

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate to and apply RIS EPIC processes, policies, and procedures

  • Advanced Inter-personnel skills with ability to collaborate with other program disciplines

  • Initiative and out of the box thinking

  • Initiative to resolve issues and solve program gaps

  • Initiate out of the box thinking

  • Experience with CM/DM tools

  • Experience in government contracting environments

Desired Skills:

  • Taking an analytical approach to solving complex configuration challenges

  • Creating intuitive capabilities and catalogs for data searches

Required Education (including Major):

  • Bachelor’s Degree required NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 9 years' related experience OR High school Diploma with 13 years' of related experience.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $150,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
