Raytheon is seeking a Product Team Systems Engineer to join and expand our Engineering team as a FORGE program.
The Product Team Systems Engineer will work closely with the Product Owner, and be responsible for Feature Package development, and Test Automation / Demo Acceptance support). The Product Team Systems Engineer will also be the point of contact for document receipt and control from the Customer and Prime.
Work will be performed in Aurora, CO and at a customer site in Boulder, CO. At least 25% time will be desired on site in Boulder.
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $12K for a person with a TS/SCI clearance that can be verified and hired here at Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
Demonstrated experience with systems engineering role
Experience with Agile and DevOps
Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers, and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
Experience in Systems Engineer process development and deployment
Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using DOORS, Enterprise Architect and JIRA or similar tools
Active TS/SCI clearance
5 years of relevant experience with a BS degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, preferred); OR
3 years of relevant experience with a MS degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, preferred)

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000 to $150,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
