Raytheon Technologies Senior Systems Engineer II in Aurora, Colorado

Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Integration (SE&I) Engineer, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the IC. The Sr. SE&I Engineer provides systems engineering and integration support to asses, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition. The key purpose of this position is to assist the government in making informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years related experience providing systems engineering support to elements of the intelligence community to include:

•Systems installation, integration and test

•Strong Systems Engineering technical abilities

•Requirements analysis

•Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)

•RFC impact review and assessment experience

•Understanding of cross site enterprise testing and planning and implementation

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•An active and in-scope TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. security clearance

Desired Skills:

•Experienced with NSIS & GRID

•Evidence of strong customer relationships

•Experience working across contract and location boundaries

•Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelors' Degree required (STEM preferred) and 5 years' of related experience

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $150,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
