We are seeking a Manager , HR Ops to work as part of a dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to assume the role within the Enterprise Services, Raytheon Technologies Corporation corporate organization.
This role will have to provision a consistent, timely, accurate and customer centric HR data administration, contributing to the achievement of the Global hub overall vision and strategy. This role will also coach and support the team to deliver the service in line with the agreed service levels.
To put the customer first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
Co-ordinate and interact with Business Leaders / subordinate Managers / Supervisors to align with current and the future needs of the business.
Acquire in-depth knowledge on the processes, policies, systems, etc.
Ensuring all DTPs, Process maps and SWI documentations are maintained up to date.
Take ownership of delivering your part in individual and team objectives/KPIs, maintaining a high quality standard, protecting and enhancing the integrity of our brand at all times.
Ensure all SLAs/KPIs are met within the agreed tolerance levels for timeliness and quality.
Provide guidance to other team members and act as a point of escalation within the team.
Provide directions to the team to accomplish their goals.
Train and assist with developing new and existing team members.
Be a point of escalation within the service and transactional team for complex and critical processing or where particular judgment needs to be applied to achieve solution.
Take the lead in the team for effective workload management and supervision of targets.
Support the Hub leaders by acting in deputy capacity for the service delivery and transactional admin center responsibilities.
Take proactive steps to engage positively with BU HR and leadership for knowledge and relations building of HRSS.
Participate in other Hub projects plus ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.
Conduct regular 1:1’s and team meetings. Maintain a vibrant and highly engaged team.
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures and help others understand the policies as needed.
Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in related discipline (MBA – HR preferred) with 12+ years of relevant global HR Operations experience.
5-6 years in managing a team with good leadership skills.
Prior experience in managing high-volume HR transactional requests and data administration.
Good knowledge of HR services, processes, procedures relevant to the role. (Hire to Retire).
Experience managing data in Workday HRIS systems required.
Knowledge on Case Management Tools like ServiceNow.
Ability to build strong relationships and excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced and deadline-driven atmosphere.
Strong customer relationship management.
Good problem solving skills.
