As a lead mobile app developer, you would be building performant mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for solutioning and building the mobile applications, as well as coordinating with the other team members responsible for other layers of the application/product development.

Staff – Software Developer (Mobile App’s Development)

Job Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop mobile applications.

Lead and participate in producing deliverables (including architecture, technical design, code development, and QA) to high-quality standards.

Work closely with Product Management and development teams to satisfy business requirements for new features. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution.

Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of mobile solutions.

Act as a technical advisor to application development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing mobile applications.


Education Qualification: BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech or any equivalent degree.

12+ years of Software Development background.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience developing mobile native and hybrid applications.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role including architecting end-end mobile applications.

Been part of complete development life cycles of at least two applications.

Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.

Desired Skills:

Need strong experience in building hybrid and native mobile applications.

Solid understanding of the Full Stack development lifecycle from the Client - Server architecture perspective.

Proficient with software development using ObjectiveC/Swift/Angular/Java for mobile applications.

Strong understanding & experience with Design patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications with back-end services.

Familiarity with OAuth2.0 and SSO.

Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB/CouchDB.

Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer-facing mobile applications using industry standard environments including iOS, Android.

Experience with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

Experience with Cloud technologies such as Azure Dev Ops and AWS.

Experience with agile development, continuous delivery, DevOps and related tools.

Well versed with code versioning tools such as Git/SVN and continuous integration (Jenkins).

Good to have hands-on with server side languages such as Java, Python and .Net.

Good to have experience in Aircraft Cabin Configuration applications.

Good to have software development background in (FMS/Core Avionics/Airport Infra), iOS app development.
