The Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) Customer Asset Management (CAM) organization is looking for a self-guided, self-motivated Program Lead / Logistics Planner Manager located at the Billerica, MA facility. This position reports directly to the Billerica Operations Manager and will be responsible to provide logistics support and oversight on the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program and other ancillary support programs to provide strategic program support, logistics planning and supervision of program efforts to support teams and programs to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget. The CLS program is a very demanding, complex, and fast-paced.
The team member in this role will guide a small team and is the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns. Close interface and coordination with the CAM operations manager, Program Management, Program Planners, Site Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Security and Mission Assurance is required and is a key element to the success of the scope of the role. This role supports the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements. The program logistics planning lead is responsible for supporting the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) to include providing direction to program logistics coordinators or warehouse functional leads to support program requirements. The program logistics planning lead coordinates and disseminates logistics priorities with the functional warehouse and quality leadership for the purpose of meeting program schedules and goals. The program logistics planning lead may attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis. This role must understand the logistics and property process.

•Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
•Raytheon Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification
•Extensive Knowledge of Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) a plus
•Knowledge of Import/Export requirements and hazardous material management
•Knowledge of WAWF and APEX DD250 creation and submission
•Familiar with SAP PRISM
•Previous experience analyzing budget data
•Six Sigma training
Required Education (including Major):
•Requires a related University Degree and a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience.
