Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RI&S) is seeking a qualified IT systems administrator to support a research and development environment testing newly-developed system capabilities.
The qualified candidates will be well-versed in deployment, configuration and integration of virtual Linux hosts in a private cloud environment.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an current Secret Security Clearance and have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Active US Government Secret security clearance
DODI 8570.1 compliance at IAT Level 2 (Current Security+ CE, CISSP, CASP, or other approved certification)
Experience configuring and managing resources and virtual hosts using the VMware suite of tools
Experience as a system administrator for Linux systems
Experience hardening systems to US Government cybersecurity standards, e.g. DISA STIGs
Familiarity with network and storage device administration
Experience with administration of Windows operating systems
Ability to author and/or modify scripts written in bash, Python, or other languages
Ability to automate system deployments using scripts and/or DevOps tools
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or relevant STEM Degree program with 6+ year's of related work experience.

Salary Range: $104,000 - $141,000
