Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required.

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

This position is for a growing professional in Customer Service, who works well both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, excellent follow-through, and executes tasks in a timely manner to drive maximum external (customer) and internal (Collins) impact. Resolves inquiries, analyzes data to determine trends, and makes recommendations further optimize processes to improve Customer Service management and delivery. Escalates complex issues to management. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Account Management team (including Commercial and Military/Engines OEM groups) in a number of areas (including but not limited to): Order entry/management, S&OP demand requests, Quality Escape returns, and other customer escalations.

  • Manage or assist with scorecard roll-up, and work with Customer Account Manager group on improvement plans for actions identified.

  • Review and analyze business reports for required actions or updates.
