We are currently searching for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Avionics and Mission Systems manufacturing processes and tools. This position resolves system and process issues raised by super users in manufacturing. In addition, the individual will support site integration projects in Interior Systems, Mission Systems and Avionics where they are implementing the entire SAP tool set. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel on occasion are required.

This team provides full life cycle support for product data maintenance, global trade management and factory floor solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing solutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

  • Understand day-to-day operations of the business including processes, technology, manufacturing roadmaps and product life cycles

  • Assists with enterprise system and process design, ensuring alignment with technology and product roadmaps.

  • Translates business needs into technical requirements. Has system-wide responsibility on complex projects and components.

  • Defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports business processes and tools related to Master Data & Manufacturing

  • Performs business analysis of systems and processes and follows through the full development life cycle.

  • Coordinates, implements, and communicates system and process change requirements.

  • May solve highly technical or complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

  • Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is Required

  • Knowledge of the Manufacturing processes, SAP, FIT, PDM, CRG processes, systems and data

  • General understanding of Manufacturing Master Scheduling (SIOP)/Material Requirements Planning, Warehousing and Quality processes.

  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Policies and Procedures.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with others that are based on trust and deliver concise and articulate communication.

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and Work Instructions

  • Use of MS Excel, WinShuttle, MS Access

  • Knowledgeable of SAP Material Master, Bills of Materials, Routes, and Work Center objects

  • Knowledge of SAP Document Management System, Equipment PRT's (Production, Resource & Tools) and Equipment Bills of Materials

  • Knowledgeable of SAP ECC 6.0 table structures and relationship to MM/PP functionality
