Position requires significant interface with site management and personnel, as well as our Customers, in the execution of compliant life-cycle Customer Property Management processes. Incumbent will be responsible for management of the Customer Property System for the Cedar Rapids Heritage Rockwell Collins (HRC) location.
Incumbent will be the primary internal resource to drive operational excellence with respect to the Customer Property Management System, through leadership and participation in multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams.
Be the primary interface with Cedar Rapids, HRC customers, both external and internal, as it relates to Property Management activities.
Position will report directly to Business Unit Senior Manager, Customer Property.
Development and implementation of business unit Customer Property objectives, work plans and schedules.
Establish positive working relationships with the Govt Property Administrator and/or the associate contractor representatives.
Communication of status of actions to internal management and customers, as necessary.
Management of objectives in accordance with customer requirements, regulations and HRC/Collins policies and procedures
Establishment and maintenance of key performance indicators; ensure objectives are completed in accordance with quality standards, are on time and within budget Led a cross-functional property council to drive continuous improvement of property-related processes across the business Leverage resources and technology to drive continuous improvement
Champion training of personnel
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
