This position can be located on site or remotely from any US based location.
Mentor less experienced Software Developers in proper software design, code, integration, testing, and documentation
Design, code, integrate, regression test, test, and document software
Perform software debugging using appropriate techniques and tools
Perform in cross-functional team efforts in integration, verification, and validation of products
Assist with estimates for your team’s work
Contribute to software requirements capture, analysis, and creation for well-defined software designs
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
Experience designing and developing Object-Oriented (OO) software (ideally 5+ years)
Experience with OO languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C+
Experience in web applications development
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Able to work independently and within a team
Potential for travel three to four weeks a year
Work with Windows and/or Linux Operating Systems
Integrate Software Systems
Solve problems and deliver quality software
Interface with external data sources
Create and troubleshoot Structured Query Language (SQL)
