The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Associate Director will have a critical role defining and executing strategic organizational effectiveness and talent initiatives in support of business priorities. This leader collaborates closely with business and functional leaders to drive enterprise-wide solutions for complex organizational issues by influencing stakeholders at various levels. Success in this role will require navigating opposing viewpoints and organizational ambiguity while creating organizational effectiveness strategies focused on key business outcomes.

This position can be worked remotely, from anywhere in the domestic U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead key organizational effectiveness initiatives starting with the Workplace of the Future (WOTF) culture transformation to successfully integrate remote and hybrid work styles into the Collins operating system

  • Lead and direct large scale organizational change efforts impacting multiple layers of stakeholders throughout the organization in support of successful culture transformation

  • Design and deliver organizational change, organizational design and team effectiveness efforts across multiple Collins business groups

  • Utilize and provide leadership to a network of change agents and change leads across the company

  • Partner with the Raytheon Technologies corporate OE team to ensure Collins representation in enterprise OE activities, including the enterprise WOTF strategy

  • Interface with Collins functional leaders and subject matter experts for appropriate consultation on key policy and process decisions

  • Serve as the key subject matter expert and provide consulting to HR and business leaders for large culture, change and organizational effectiveness activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience is Required

  • Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading organizational effectiveness strategies

  • Proven success in managing strategic projects and initiatives, demonstrating cross-functional leadership to achieve measurable results

  • Demonstrated commitment valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

  • High degree of business acumen, aptitude to lead and influence at a senior level, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

  • Must have polished written and oral communication skills with experience in packaging and presenting recommendations to senior leadership that are aligned with strategic direction
