The Senior Talent Partner - Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for supporting a Collins Talent functional leader in driving strategies and actions within their teams and across the organization. The Senior Talent Partner will work closely with the Collins Talent Function Leaders to execute against short and long-term goals and objectives. The Senior Talent Partner will work across Human Resources during execution and establish a cadence to monitor progress and results. They will also carry out project management tasks for key initiatives within the Talent center of excellence (COE).
This position has the ability to be worked remotely.
Partner with the Talent COE leadership to ensure the HR organization and project teams correctly interpret, understand and carry out the direction and strategic vision of Talent leadership; will align priorities and actions
Lead initiatives and projects from end-to-end: establishing the project team; setting project milestones; collaborating effectively and successfully managing deliverables
Assembles information, identifies key stakeholders in the Company, develops and presents proposals and projects to stakeholder audiences.
Links strategies and initiatives to ensure they reinforce the Collins Aerospace culture
Ensure alignment across the HR organization on the execution of strategic initiatives throughout the year
Provide visibility across the HR organization of current HR priorities, projects/initiatives and progress
Collect data and metrics to analyze and solve human capital
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR
In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is Required
Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences and prepare executive-ready materials
Proven success in managing strategic projects and initiatives, demonstrating cross-functional leadership to achieve measurable results. Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder
Exceptional problem solving, decision making, and quantitative skills; to include strong organizational and financial modeling abilities
Effective in collaboration and relationship building; working across the HR organization with focus on COE’s
Ability to gather, analyze and articulate data insights
Broad understanding of HR best practices, principles and functions.
Demonstrates capability in designing solutions, aligning leadership, and managing implementation of best practices
Experience creating and executing change management plans
Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate across businesses and HR departments.
Possess the ability to educate, persuade and influence
Experience managing varying levels of stakeholders in the organization
Experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness
Project management experience
HR Business Partner experience
Possessing an MBA
