We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent technical, analytical, and business management skills. Individual must have the ability to gather data, analyze information, consolidate findings, and provide reports from varied ERP and data systems. In this role, the individual will have responsibility for all data analytics, dashboard creation and management, and executive metrics reporting for multiple categories. Selected candidate will be a key contributor to the Raytheon organization, the Collins Aerospace business unit, and the Global Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain organization. This individual must be able to successfully build relationships across a complex and highly matrix organization and multiple functional areas.

This individual will ideally sit at our Charlotte, NC location but could potentially sit at any of our Collins domestic locations or remote.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading data analytics, executive reporting, cost reduction management, business process efficiency improvements, and process automation activities for Executive and Managers across the team.

  • Identify and share best practices across the commodities to drive process efficiency

  • Leverage best practices to reduce inefficiencies and improve throughput for existing processes

  • Combine all exhibits, across supplier legal entities and manufacturing locations, to identify cost savings

  • Create consolidated executive rollup and reporting for cost savings and monthly control tower reports

  • Create standard commodity and savings reports for common use across all managers

  • Support Risk Management activities including supplier communication, status tracking, and reporting

  • Lead Selective Category Cost Savings and or Work Transfer Projects to support resource optimization

  • Gather Engineering drawings, supplier prints, and other part specification data to support upcoming RFP's

  • Lead RFQ Package development, distribution, and task implementation as assigned

  • Support and or lead Work Transfer Data Management activities

  • Support and or lead Contract Workbook Negotiation activities

  • Create and Maintain Team Data Repository for all categories

  • Clean and Own Master Data Categorization for all categories

  • Lead Data Engagement with Executives and BU leads as assigned

  • Lead and support SSRB Data Alignment, Reporting, and Consolidation

  • Support Risk Management and PDPR Executive Reviews and Reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 7 years of relevant experience or an Advanced degree in the appropriate discipline and 5 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Must be willing and able to travel 30% of the time.

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, etc)

  • Experience with Programming/Scripting Languages ((VBA, Python, etc.)

  • Database management (MS SQL, MySQL, etc.)

  • Dashboard Management and or Development and use of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to connect, translate, and show how technical changes will drive increased value to the business and organization

  • Ability to translate technical content into presentations that show the creation of business value to executive leaders

  • Ability to complete and manage dashboard creation and lead executive reporting processes

  • Ability to understand business processes Ability to create and to assess accuracy and correct utilization of data
