Collins Aerospace is looking for a

Senior Associate FP&A Analyst

who will support

Supply Chain Finance and Supply Chain Management teams across the full breadth of their activities, providing accurate financials, plus detailed tactical and strategic support, on a wide variety of topics.

You will conduct analysis and participate in audits and various projects.

You will also have the opportunity to partner with Finance leadership to implement new processes to increase the level of financial support and implementation of respective controls.

Position is currently remote, but will be required to work onsite when circumstances permit

Primary Responsibilities

Working closely with Commodity focal to support contract negotiations. This includes supporting the eCase process while ensuring ASG/SC sourcing strategies are aligned and new business is competitively bid.

Preparing monthly financial management presentation and communicating the variances to leadership team and SCF team.

Ensure proper financial controls for inventory own by UTAS but physically located at the Suppliers. Work with Supply Chain Buyers to support the annual inventory audit process. Resolve inventory posting issues in SAP that affects ship unit cost measurement.

Managing open invoices (non-payment) and no goods receipts processes for the assigned commodity. Providing support to Supply Chain team to resolve issues.

Providing detail analysis of new part cost under new Supplier and/or new purchase agreement.

Perform financial analysis at a part cost level under negotiation to determine cost savings or headwinds.

Evaluating EPA (Escalation price adjustment) model to ensure purchase order price is set in accordance to terms and agreement.

Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies through BW reporting tool; monitor progress on projects.

Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and 3 years of relevant experience

OR

In absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required

Qualifications

Working knowledge of ERP system

MS Office suite experience, able to create Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.

Able to communicate and make presentations to senior level leadership

Able to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally (when current environment permits)

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

SAP experience

SAP Business Warehouse experience

Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Microsoft Analysis, BEx Analyzer, Webi, PowerBI, Power Query)
