This position is for a Quality Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for supporting Mission Systems product in Colorado Springs. The position ensures that supplies, products, and processes are compliant with internal, customer, and regulatory standards and identifies and implements improvement opportunities.Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing oversight for the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal audit program.
Drive standardization of Quality Management System and standard work and ensure quality systems and processes are established, maintained and improved upon.
Responsible for the development, deployment, and on-going management of quality-related trainings as well as the management of existing quality-related trainings.
Responsible for organizing and tracking 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audit activities. This includes internal auditor training, pre-audits, co-development of corrective actions, and post audit follow-ups.
Recommend corrective actions and participate/lead root cause analysis investigations.
Maintain Quality documentation system, including review, release and approval of Quality Management System (QMS) documents.
Manage corrective action systema lead corrective action board.
Interface with and assist the Quality Manager, Quality Engineers, and Inspectors in establishing, implementing, and enforcing quality requirements.
Work with suppliers, customers, and regulatory representatives regarding quality requirements.
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Must Be a U.S Citizen
Experience in Quality Management System administration to an industry standard (ISO 9001, AS9100)
Previous experience with root cause analysis
AS9100 certified auditor
Corrective action system administration

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $68,000 to $140,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
