RTX Enterprise Cybersecurity Services is seeking a qualified and highly effective Cybersecurity Risk Management Analyst to join the Digital Risk team. This position will execute all aspects of the risk management lifecycle including working with business and technology stakeholders on identifying a wide range of cybersecurity and digital risks, coordinating with subject matter experts to conduct risk assessments, reporting and monitoring of digital risks, and identifying improvement opportunities for risk management processes. The successful candidate will have a strong cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and/or IT audit background, and broad technical cybersecurity experience across multiple domains.
Job responsibilities include
Executing the risk management process and ensuring the quality of Digital Risk records
Conduct risk assessments across a broad spectrum of digital and cybersecurity risks
Monitoring and reporting on the health of the risk management process, and coordinating with risk managers to conduct reassessments of risks at regular intervals
Educating business and technology stakeholders on the core elements of the risk management process
Providing project support and technical assistance for ad hoc risk management consulting engagements
Supporting efforts to modify or implement new processes and supporting technology tools
Developing and updating risk management process and procedure documentation
Reporting on status of project activities, milestones and key results, to stakeholders
Assist in maturing the Cybersecurity program based on the CMMI/CMMC model
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience across multiple Cybersecurity disciplines including security architecture, vulnerability management, crisis management and disaster recovery preferred
Knowledgeable of and experienced working in complex technical environments
Practical experience with Governance Risk and Compliance programs and technology solutions
Experience implementing regulatory frameworks such as NIST, SOX, PCI, HIPAA and ISO
Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability influence cross-functional groups that span organizational boundaries
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; strong team player, able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
Experience influencing and directing the actions of those not within the direct reporting chain is essential
Any of the following certifications, in good standing, considered an advantage:
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Security Plus Certification (SEC+)
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Any U.S. RTX location (REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE)
US Citizen or US Person required as work may involve visibility to ITAR related projects.
