Raytheon Technologies New College Graduate: Proposal Analyst I (Early 2021 Start) in Dallas, Texas

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) has an excellent opportunity within the Integrated Estimating & Pricing Solutions organization for a Proposal Analyst I.

This position will primarily support the front end of the business, proposal activities for the RI&S mission area in Dallas, Texas.

This growth opportunity will provide a goal oriented team member with the ability to interface and partner with program leadership, as well as finance and functional/technical Leads, during the pursuit of new and follow-on business.

Key responsibilities for the qualified candidate include:

  • Compile cost and technical elements for the development and completion of proposals in accordance with the customer’s request for proposal specifications.

  • Analyze data and articulate analysis

  • Participate in pricing reviews with management.

Security Clearance & Other Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.


  • Able to work both self - guided and in a team environment

  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Ability to ensure that projects are completed on schedule

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Requirements:

  • Ability to cultivate change and influence beyond authority level.

  • Highly developed financial and problem solving skills.

    Required Education (including major):

Must have a BS / BA with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field by December 2020 or have graduated within 18 months prior to start date.
