Raytheon Technologies Production Specialist in Dallas, Texas

Individual will be assigned to a team of operators, technicians, and engineers responsible for the assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, fabrication, repair and/or inspection of various microelectronic packages and devices using cutting edge manufacturing processes and technology.

Will be required to set up and operate a variety of machines including high-speed pick-n-place and wire-bonding machines, stencil printers, dispensers, cure ovens, inline & batch style cleaners, as well as manual and automated rework systems.

This opportunity is for a 1st shift position.

Required Skills:

6+ years of applicable experience

Experience working in a clean room environment with minimal supervision

Knowledge of clean room manufacturing practices, Military, and ANSI/J standards pertaining to electronic assembly

Ability to work for long periods of standing, bending and walking

Experience using VM Software or similar

Desired Skills:

Excellent attendance record

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to cope with a high stress and fast pace environment

Direct experience with SMT assembly and rework, and manual or automated soldering, interconnect, and epoxy attachment processes and technology is a plus

Ability to multitask

Required Education (including Major):

High School Diploma / GED

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
