Raytheon Technologies Space Development IPTL in Dallas, Texas
Raytheon Intelligence & Space Hardware Engineering is seeking an experienced, technical leader for the role of Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the growing body of space-based product work at the Dallas, Texas facility. This IPTL position will be responsible to lead a multi-discipline engineering team in the development of RF electronics for various space-related applications. Development phases may include proposal and requirements definition, preliminary design, detailed design and documentation, procurement, integration and test, and qualification.
Eight years of engineering experience
Current secret clearance
Space-based product development experience
RF electronics development experience
Team leadership experience
Customer and leadership communication and presentation experience
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Ability to travel to supplier, customer, and other Raytheon facilities (up to 25% travel)
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
C urrent TS/SCI clearance
Earned value (EV) training and experience
Proposal development experience
Hardware procurement and build experience
Space product qualification and deployment experience
Basis of Estimate (BOE) training
Multi-discipline team leadership experience
Space IRAD or CRAD leadership experience
BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline
MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related engineering discipline
