Raytheon Technologies Manager II Financial Analysis in Dulles, Virginia

The Cybersecurity, Training and Services Team in Dulles, VA is looking for a candidate to develop a complex international program from cradle to grave. The candidate should understand advanced concepts and techniques and be able to develop solutions to

problems. The candidate should be inspired and require minimal supervision once established in the

role.

Responsibilities include:

• Development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline

• Conformance with financial policies

• Estimates at Completion (EAC's) development

• Top Watch Program reporting and analysis

• Various levels of monthly Program Management reviews and reporting

• Sales forecast and AOP development

• Various financial analyzes and ad hoc assignments

• Proactively work with the Program Office and CTS key team members.

Required Skills:

• Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant Finance experience.

• Previous program control experience managing a program

• Experienced user of SAP accounting system

• Excellent Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent critical thinking & problem solving skills and ability to multitask

• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team with minimal supervision

• Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work with multiple levels of financial, engineering, and program management

Desired Skills:

• Understanding/familiarity with Raytheon policies and procedures

• Apex EV

Required Education:

• Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant Finance experience.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
