The Pratt and Whitney IBP team is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and outgoing individual to be the Dean of Materials Discipline Health. This role will require collaboration with cross functional teams. The Dean of Materials supports the IBP Center of Excellence manager and will initially focus on all levels of learning administration management, performance management administration and training coordination. The ideal candidate is focused on execution of strategy and will do it well with limited guidance and direction.

This role is key to serving a global audience with the learning and talent management tools that they need.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage tasks associated with our Discipline Health program including managing course enrollment; administering new updates to course content; tracking and reporting learning activities; collecting and analyzing participant feedback.

  • Manage tasks associated with our performance management process including helping administer our year end evaluation process, our beginning of year goal setting process, and help cultivate and support an anytime feedback culture.

  • Lead and facilitate the IBP Discipline Health Council. This includes tracking actions, maintaining council agenda and managing attendees.

  • Perform critical skill gap assessment and create training plans to address identified gaps

  • Engage in some project management support for new programs, deliverables, and related workstreams.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders of the IBP Organization to ensure accuracy and alignment of performance and learning programs, learning offerings, and communications.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint for reporting on programs, learning and talent activity, course completions, etc.

  • Have working knowledge of S&OP, MRP Planning and Materials execution in IBP and MC&O

  • Fully understand workflow and process, and must be able to deliver while managing competing priorities.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel information.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of prior experience or, an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.

    Preferred Qualifications :

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an appreciation for patience, humor and helpfulness. Must be comfortable with liaising with senior level executives

  • Have an opinion, and be able to express it constructively and effectively.
