The F135 ALIS Interfacing Data System IPT Manager manages & leads an Integrated Product Team to ensure ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information Systems) interfacing system functionality and requirements are integrated, communicated, & documented in support of ensuring overall supportability of the PW-ALIS sustainment enterprise. This position will partner with others on the F135 program, to drive the resolution of systemic ALIS data system issues across the ALIS sustainment value stream which includes Pratt & Whitney, Joint Program Office and Lockheed Martin teams. The key job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide emotionally intelligent leadership to a technically diverse team at both a technical and programmatic level

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with people both personally and professionally to meet program goals

Contracts/Budget Management:

  • Provide strategic leadership guidance for contract negotiations to include support for basis of estimate and associated proposal initiatives

  • Ensure customers and P&W team execute work within the terms and conditions or relevant statement of work as they pertain to ALIS Interfacing Data system deliverables

  • Provide active management for budgetary needs to include a method to identify financial anomalies and a resolution to get program back on plan

Customer (Internal/External):

  • Develop and manage Interfacing Data System IPT that will lead the integration and management of business rules, balances conflicts to optimize the ALIS Interfacing Data System & engineering requirements to include JILEs/JIT requirement documentation

  • Develop data configuration control board process to manage ALIS Interfacing Data system changes across the PW enterprise

  • Lead & work with stakeholders to develop and maintain requirements documentation for internal sustainment program of record data product delivery

  • Develop & execute RRCA plans, requirements, & processes to resolve/improve key sustainment ALIS Interfacing data system across the P&W digital ecosystem

  • Coordinate with Lockheed Martin, the LogIS/HPSI, and service representatives to communicate ALIS Interfacing data issues affecting P&W and the military services

  • Drive the development of standard work/processes to improve the throughput and quality of deliverables

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, logistics, computer science, computer information systems or management/technical disciplines and minimum 12 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience.

  • At least 7 years of experience in jet engine fleet management, development and execution of IT solutions and integrated logistics support required. Excellent presentation skills, project management, proficiency in fleet sustainment processes, and strong leadership skills are required.

  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in PW-ALIS Interfacing Data System

  • Experience with providing propulsion sustainment services to military services i.e. (USAF,USN,USMC)

  • PMP Certification
