Are you ready to go beyond?

The head of FP&A for the $5b Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) Businesses will directly lead a team of five, and indirectly lead the entire MCE organization to achieve our financial targets. This position reports directly to the CFO of Mature Commercial Engines and is also the key liaison with the consolidated Commercial Engines segment. Our FP&A leader partners with each business leader, and the MCE Finance and Accounting teams, to define challenging, but achievable financial plans. Most notably, this position ensures a balanced view of risks and opportunities across our portfolio of programs to enable the MCE business to fulfill its financial commitments to Pratt & Whitney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Statement and Balance Sheet analysis for the entire Mature Commercial Engines Business

  • Monthly forecast consolidation and analysis on sales and margin projections.

  • Monthly actuals analysis versus expectations (Plan, Updated Commitments and latest estimates).

  • Cash flow projections, particularly focused on customer collections.

  • Long range planning project management and detailed analytics.

  • Remote work is available.

Basic Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Finance/Accounting required or equivalent experience and minimum of 10+ years prior relevant work experience.

  • Deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

  • US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8+ years prior relevant work experience.

  • CPA is extremely helpful.
