Are you ready to go beyond?

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to the Customer Support and Investigation Services (CSIS) business unit. CSIS is the business unit of Military Engines that administers/executes important customer support of our products.

Oversight of the value stream includes the Deficiency Report Process, Contract Warranty Provisions, Product recalls, Special Support Requests, Contract guarantee provisions, and engine/module/LRU repair support.

The business unit supports the F135, F119, PW4062, F117, F100, APU, KC390, TF33, and J52 engine programs.

The business unit also provides financial reporting supporting Warranty EACs, COPQ, F117 Partnershare, Inventory Plans, and other internal financial metrics; manages a $4M plant stock inventory; manages customer-owned property on-site; and performs export compliance functions.

The Manager supervises 4 direct reports and a total department staff of approximately 20 personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; engineering or Business discipline preferred.

  • A minimum of 8 years of engine related engineering, maintenance, inspection, or manufacturing operations experience is required.

  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

  • Must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree a plus.

  • 1-3 years in a previous supervisor/leadership role with demonstrated ability to obtain results is strongly desired.

  • Previous experience in business/finance, contracts, and working with military customers is desired, but not required.

  • Certified ACE Associate preferred

  • Candidate must be self-motivated

  • Able to work in a multi-task environment

  • Exercise strong business judgment to balance customer satisfaction with fiscal responsibilities and sound business practices
