Pratt & Whitney, Commercial Engines/Aftermarket Customer Service team is seeking a Digital Project Development Analyst to define and provide innovative service solutions to our commercial customers. Within Customer Support, the Digital Projects team is responsible for business management of MS Dynamics as a CRM tool, which is a web application which provides customer access to Commercial Business Operations (CBO) files and processes.
Be part of a team and eventually lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives with our digital tools.
Coordinate with the business and DT to support customers with many internal and external applications such as sales, field support, engine leasing, accessing technical publications, collaboration site, etc.
Manage multiple projects from design, acceptance testing, training and deployment ensuring on time delivery
Establish sustainable level 2 support for web applications
Support customers with access, registration and general usage of web application
Support of the company setup, portal uploads, landing pages and analytics on the portal
Responsible for maintaining system and data governance
Utilize CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence), previously ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence), tools to identify trends in order to find root cause and implement corrective actions
Bachelor’s degree in the STEM field or Computer Software related
US Citizenship required due to government contracts
Fluent in English (written/verbal)
Master’s degree is a plus
Experience with web applications and knowledge of customer services principle and practices
Agile and SCRUM experience for project implementations
Experience with portal solutions in a Microsoft environment, MS Dynamics and Power BI a plus
Data management experience and knowledge of computer systems and databases
