Quality Engineer supporting the current F100, F15EX andTF33 Cold Start engine programs.
The selected candidate will serve as the Program Quality focal for P&W Operations and Program Office for regular data reporting along with supporting the PQMs for F100, TF33 and F119 as an alternate focal contact point for DCMA.
• Implementation of data strategies using from SAP and QLIK databases to support program QIP activity, customer reports, monthly score card reports and maintenance of ME PQ Dashboard.• Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the PW assembly, manufacturing and suppliers• Coordinate timely resolution of QN MRB dispositions by serving as a liaison CIPTs.• Process PQM tasks for QNs to facilitate nonconforming material disposition and closure after DCMA task completion• Investigate and analyze any hardware/assembly concerns causing Engine Center quality and delivery issues by reviewing procedures, specifications, instructions, processes, and equipment to ensure compliance to applicable drawing, specifications, and standards in an effort to resolve Quality and Delivery concerns.• Help to create and implement standard work for all onsite processes.• Serve as a liaison to government and customer representatives for the Quality discipline as needed for this program along with DET data transfers to DCMA.
Basic Qualifications: • Must have prior Quality Engineering experience, 3 + years desired.• Possess a strong understanding of effective Quality systems and methodologies and their impact on both the internal and external business environments.• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with associates at all levels throughout the organization.• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business field required.
