The Survivability Discipline Group, located in East Hartford, CT and West Palm Beach, FL is part of the Engine Design and Systems Integration Organization within Military Engines. We are seeking a Radar Cross Section (RCS) RF Engineer to be a part of our world-class design team. As a part of our team, you’ll help to answer today’s survivability challenges in powered flight while crafting tomorrow’s innovative solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Computer Aided Design using tools such as Siemens NX

  • RCS Test at P&W FL and other Radar Test Facilities.

  • RCS analysis using Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) Software tools, Xpatch, SENTRi and CST

  • Design Optimization and Trade Studies using High Performance Computing (HPC) Technology

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science or related field.

  • 3+ years engineering work experience or 1+ year with a Master of Science Degree

  • Experience with CAD, MS Office

  • US Citizenship required due to government contract

  • Active US DoD security clearance; SECRET or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective Communication Skills (verbal/written); able to work effectively on teams.

  • Experience with HPC, CEM.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.

  • Desire for continuous learning and innovation.
