Raytheon Technologies Configuraion Control - Staff Tech, Mfg/Ops in El Paso, Texas
Raytheon Technologies is looking for a successful configuration control candidate that will participate in the coordination and administration of assigned configuration management activities relative to identification, control, and accounting for systems and/or equipment in accordance with contractual requirements. Establishes procedures for and implements the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program and/or site requests. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures all documents are to the latest revision, assigned properly, and control. The candidate will be responsible and must have flexibility between CM department tasks along with productions and operations tasks. Candidate must have knowledge of controlling local instructions, work instructions, and/or similar manufacture processes.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with project team members, customers and auditors.
Ability to manage and maintain configuration management department based on local instructions.
Ability to assist other functions with request such as procedures, UID Labels, drawing and/or other requests.
Ability to perform quarterly internal audits, DCMA Audits, and QA audits.
Manage meetings for the release of new or current processes.
Ability to maintain procedure revisions up to date.
Works closely with manufacturing associates, Engineering, Mission Assurance, and Logistics.
Strong Work Ethic and self-motivation – with the ability to flex time and responsibilities to meet site and program requirements.
Required Education (including Major):
High School Diploma or GED
