This position will be within the California Consolidated Manufacturing Center in El Segundo.

The Space Circuit Card Assembly Operations Program Manager (OPM) is responsible for the execution of Production, Depot, and Development programs supporting Space manufacturing.

The position is responsible for the financial, schedule and technical performance of the programs, as well as proposal inputs and growth pursuits.

The OPM will lead cross functional teams to reduce cost, improve quality, increase performance and reliability, and improve overall competitiveness of our product line.

This position acts as a key customer contact on status and performance as well as anticipating and fulfilling customer needs to ensure Mission Assurance and continued business.

The OPM reports to the California Consolidated Manufacturing Space Product Line Leader.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years manufacturing, program management or related experience

• CAM experience, EVMS certification

• Experience in supervising and driving day-to-day activities of a cross-functional team to meet production and financial goals.

• Customer interface experience

• Excellent oral and written communications skills, team building, change management and team leadership experience and able to work with minimum direct supervision.

• Familiarity with a Factory work environment

• Ability to collaborate across functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, Security, etc.)

• Experience with ITAR, EX/IM and licensing regulations

• Familiar with proposal process and directing a proposal team

• Must be a US Citizen as this position will require the ability to attain DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year employment start date

• Must be a US Citizen as the position will require the ability to access US only Data Systems

Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems

Must be a U.S. Citizen as the position will require the ability to attain a DoD US Secret Clearance within 1 year of employment start date

Desired Skills:

• PM Certification

• Experience with ITAR, EX/IM and licensing regulations

• Supervisory / Managerial experience, including experience within Bargaining/Union

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field

Desired Education:

• Master's Degree in Business or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
