Raytheon Technologies Manager III-Program Management in El Segundo, California

Job Description: Raytheon’s Assured Systems product line is seeking a program manager for the Enabling Scope (ES) and Cybersecurity of the next Musket program, which is anticipated to be a development effort beginning in November, 2020.

The filling of this req will be contingent on the award.

In addition to the SW Upgrade program, this PM will also be responsible for the Musket Sustainment IOT that is currently under contract through 2022 and potentially other programs within the AS Product Line in the future. The Musket program supports another critical program and the Musket scope is expected to be on critical path to the delivery of a key system to multiple platforms and end users.

The program manager will be responsible for executing the ES and Cybersecurity efforts on Musket IOTs. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to managing the technical, cost, schedule performance, and customer satisfaction. The program manager will work closely with the host PM to ensure a smooth flow of ES products into systems, integration & test, and production. Additional responsibilities include tactical and strategic development of the Assured Systems products, in support of a diverse customer base as well as Raytheon and USG strategic goals.

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Accountability for implementation of the program, to include meeting financial commitments, leveraging program management best practices, performing EACs and Gate reviews • Overseeing of all aspects of the ES and Cybersecurity efforts to meet cost and schedule performance • Customer engagement to ensure program results • Providing guidance to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure effective implementation of the program and to meet company financials and programmatic goals.

• Ensuring this success by oversight of the Risk Ownership process and other IPDS infrastructure. • Working closely with functional POCs to ensure the AS scope is adequately staffed This position reports to the Director of the Assured Mission Products (AMP) programs within Assured Systems.­

Required Skills: • Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience including Program Management or Engineering Leadership • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts and Engineering • Demonstrated effective communication skills in presenting internal/external information to management and/or customers • Demonstrated proposal experience – can proactively lead as proposal manager across all performing organizations • Demonstrated experience with RTN financial practices (SRO, Forecast, EAC, AOP) and EV certified. • Demonstrated demonstration of stakeholder competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating creativity, collaboration, developing team members, customer focus, and motivating results • Demonstrated experience supporting organizational financial objectives/planning activities such as authorization requests, meeting projected sales, profit and cash requirements. • Must be able to lead a team and be able to work autonomously without much supervision.

• Active DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain additional clearances

• Must obtain Program Management Certification, in accordance with RP-248

Desired Skills: • Active SAP/DoD Top Secret security clearance • Program Management Certification Level 4 • Prior experience working on special access programs

Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Mathematics Program Management and/or Business. This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
