The RI&S Configuration and Data Management organization is seeking a senior team member to support the development, improvement and maintenance of processes, metrics and staffing. This position will report directly to the CMDM Director and assist in establishing key elements of strategic plans as well as drive process efficiencies, implement new processes and tools. Additionally they will be responsible for overall staffing allocations in the RIS staffing tool working directly with the Regional Department Managers and Section Managers to ensure resources are appropriately allocated to programs. This position will support special projects through the RTX CMDM council and may lead testing of upgrades to common tools.
Deep understanding of the CMDM Discipline
Ability to assimilate, analyze and present data to senior management
Ability to analyze processes, lead process improvement and identify opportunities for improvement
Ability to influence change within the organization
8 years relative experience in an engineering or CMDM role.
ability to obtain a secret clearance
PTC Windchill & BobJ experience
Power BI or similar analytical tool
Required Education (including Major):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 12 years' related experience OR High school Diploma with 16 years' of related experience
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $87,000 to $188,500; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills
