Raytheon Technologies Mgr II Financial Analysis in El Segundo, California
The Space, Command & Control (S&C2) Product Line within Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) has an exciting opportunity in Financial Planning and Analysis for the diverse $4.5B portfolio. Significant investment dollars (IR&D, NBI, Capital) and overheads are tied to the S&C2 Product Line, and the Investment, Overhead and Rates manager will be responsible for Financial Planning, Controls, and Optimization of discretionary resources. Reporting to the S&C2 FP&A Director, this opportunity will give the candidate broad insight into the business area financial structure, diverse technologies with complex programs and provide exposure to senior levels of S&C2 leadership. The ideal candidate is a financial career-focused individual performing hands-on financial analysis and guiding a small team of individual(s) supporting the function. The team will complement the rest of the S&C2 FP&A organization. Duties include:
Investment & Discretionary Planning, Analysis, Control & Optimization (primary)
Overheads & Rates Planning, Analysis, Control & Optimization (primary)
EAC Analysis & Administration (secondary/ad hoc)
Staffing Analysis (secondary/ad hoc)
Cash Management (secondary/ad hoc)
Other ad hoc analysis and exposure to Financial close and consolidation, Operating Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, Long Range Planning, balance sheet management, revenue synergies, budgeting, rates, forecasting, and communication on the financial status for the S&C2 business.
8+ years of Finance experience
Ability to lead/manage small group and meet deadlines, working collaboratively within the finance functions, and across the S&C2 portfolio across functions.
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent MS Excel skills, including automation, pivot tables, looks ups, and general analysis and reporting - ability to communicate information concisely and meaningfully
Accuracy and Integrity
Experience working with financial templates and creating models & templates to collect information
Experience pulling data from SAP & BW, working with Business Objects
EVMS and other "adjacent" skills (to FP&A)
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelors (or higher) in Finance, Accounting or Science

“In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $110,000-152,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.”
