Raytheon Technologies Principal Electrical Engineer - RF/Antenna Engineer in El Segundo, California
Successful candidate for the Electronics Center position will perform Design, Development, test and integration of Receiver sub-systems for Airborne or Space products. Projects will include requirement developments, hardware partitioning, conceptual and architectural development of RF/Microwave hardware. Tasks will include design, build, test and integration of modern digital Receiver, photonic module and associated circuits. Frequency range will cover from DC to KU Band. Serves as a mentor for early career engineers and actively shares knowledge across the organization.

Hands-on RF circuit design, analysis, simulation and test experience
Must have a minimum of 8 years of design experience in the areas of RF/Microwave circuit design
Must be able to design circuits from requirements.
Experience in generating schematics, layout of Analog/RF/Microwave circuits
Experience in performing circuit simulations using ADS or similar software tools
Experience using engineering CAD tools such as Mentor Graphics DxDesigner for the design of complex circuit board assemblies
Experience with test parameters such as S-parameters, P1dB, noise figure, and test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, noise figure analyzers, and power meters/sensors.
Experience in using HFSS simulation tool
Experience in using Mentor
Experience with Photonic
BSEE and 8 years of experience, MS and 6 years of experience, PhD and 4 years of experience.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.175652
