Raytheon Intelligence & Space has an excellent opportunity within the Integrated Estimating & Pricing Solutions organization for a Proposal Analyst supporting the Secure Sensor Solutions (S3) Mission Area within RI&S.

Support all phases of the proposal process from pre-RFP activities through proposal negotiations.
Provide Pricing and Cost Proposal development for new business and follow-on opportunities.
Plan and schedule proposal efforts.
Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Prepare pricing instructions for proposal kick-off.
Extensive collaboration with all proposal team members to ensure accurate, current and complete proposal submissions.
Set up pricing structure in ACES; manage access, inputs and subdomains.
Conduct detailed analysis as necessary to support and impact proposal quality, cost realism and reasonableness via basis of estimate review, historical program analysis and comparison.
Support development of custom cost formats and cost models to meet RFP requirements.
Support DCAA/DCMA audit requests and customer requests during fact-finding.
Participate as a member of the contract negotiating team.
Provide training and mentoring to junior pricing analysts to ensure organizational capabilities are attained and personal growth is accomplished.
Experience working as a member of an overall proposal/program implementation team including business development, program management, finance, contracts and functional organizations.
Working knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern acquisitions and program implementation for US Government procurement (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA).
Must possess excellent MS Word and MS Excel critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to work in a very dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Self-motivated and ability to problem solve.
Ability to adequately identify risks or problematic issues that surface in proposals under one’s service, notifying proposal management accordingly.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to deliver final work products within a defined time frame.
Advanced working knowledge of industry pricing tool such as ProPricer or ACES, the Raytheon pricing tool.
Experience in functional estimating, program business and/or functional business roles.
Excellent knowledge and ability to lead complex cost proposals.
Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel (functions and formula creation)
Required Education (including Major) and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Minimum of 6 years of applicable experience.
