You will be part of transforming, improving, and re-designing all aspects of HR services, including improving employee experience by finding new ways to automate and enhance HR processes. You will be an integral part of the Workforce Intelligence COE and shape the strategy around consulting and operating, while collaborating closely with process and technology teams across Enterprise Services to implement and support automations that include RPA. BPMS, and other technologies. This role requires a mixture of technology implementation experience, a process excellence mindset, along with the ability to work across silos and be a problem solver. You will also drive the change agenda and manage production support activities across all live automations and help achieve cost, quality, and delivery improvements.


  • Conduct Process / Opportunity/Assessments and develop future state process flows and automation design documents

  • Create prototypes and conduct sessions across key HR SME’s and People Services teams to identify areas of automation implementation

  • Create a strategy and governance around production support, enhancement, and operating effectiveness of all BOTs and automation solutions

  • Work with HR developers and other technology partners to implement and test new solutions and serve as a translator

  • Work with automations leader to support discovery and assessment of new tools, solutions, and external research

  • Create and manage automation performance metrics and scorecard, and review performance and recommendations with leadership and other teams

  • Manage regression testing, new releases, and impact assessment due to other initiatives on all automations and provide recommendations


  • Typically requires 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years with an advanced degree. 2-3 years of experience with automation technology platforms like UI Path, Blue Prism, AgilePoint is required.

  • Experience eliciting requirements and transforming them into process maps and improvements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve for inefficiencies and/or complexity

  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to present, facilitate, and coordinate discussions across multiple functional groups

  • High resilience and resourcefulness with a proven track record to ensure project tasks are delivered per committed timelines

  • Ability to build trust through credible use of facts and data and ability to creatively resolve problems and issues at pace

  • Ability to influence change and drive new ideas in an engaging and trusted manner
