Collins Aerospace is looking for an Inventory Clerk to receive parts from internal/external suppliers ensuring quality and documentation complies with all regulatory compliance requirements to support global aviation customers.
Pick, stock, and monitor inventory.
Cycle counting to facilitate the accuracy and integrity of inventory items.
Accurate, safe and timely loading/unloading of transportation vehicles.
Attend meetings and provide updates as needed in relation to department metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures is required.
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR in the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively, plan and prioritize workload.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem solve.
Ability to work in a team environment and work effectively with internal/external customers.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
