Raytheon Technologies Senior Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst in Forest, Mississippi
Forest Operations Finance, within Raytheon Intelligence and Space (RIS), is seeking a Senior Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our team at the Forest, MS site.
This position will be responsible for the daily business and financial activities the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ) program within the Integrated Radar Products (IRP) product line.
Duties include being responsible for cost/schedule control and analysis, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Forecasting, Estimate-at-Completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, partnering with the Program Manager and CAM’s/IPTL’s, and provide personal involvement in the effective implementation of the program.
This position will be an integral part of a fast paced finance team where innovative and strategic thinking, along with individual initiative are key requirements.
Other responsibilities are to facilitate all finance processes to completion for a set deliverables, monitor program health and compliance, and partner with functional team members to improve program financial metrics. In addition, this position is responsible for agilely identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the program.
Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required as assigned.

Candidates shall be comfortable working with and presenting to the key program team members and other cross functional organizations. Top candidates will raise the performance levels of those they work with by providing the organization with timely and thorough qualitative analysis that supports strategic decision making in solving complex business problems.

Required Skills:
4+ Years of Related Finance Experience
Understanding and application of finance principles, concepts, practices, and standard knowledge of industry practices, such as, Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Estimate-at-Completes (EAC)
Familiarity with and working knowledge of SAP
Experienced in preparation of financial forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
Understanding of indirect cost and overhead rates
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is required
Interpersonal and presentation skills- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Self-starter, organization skills and shows initiative by seeking ways to improve processes and data analysis
Works under general direction and participates in choosing targets of assignment plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives after training period
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related discipline.
