This position will work closely with operations and supplier quality in managing and reducing non-conforming material inventory through data collection, inventory management, process/policy improvements and RRCA to eliminate current non-conforming material and reduce non-conforming inputs
Provide analysis and guidance to ensure quality standards are in effect.
Understand internal and external customer requirements with a high attention to detail in resolving findings.
Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the operations team.
Investigate and analyze any hardware/assembly concerns causing quality and delivery issues by reviewing procedures, specifications, instructions, processes, and equipment to ensure compliance to applicable drawing, specifications, and standards.
Generate, maintain, and provide quality metrics to the Quality Management team and oversee quality improvement programs.
Maintain knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISO.
Maintain quality system knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions and the ability to query data from SAP and database systems
Ensure integrity of QN’s and various data collection.
Manage small cross functional teams to achieve goals
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
